Years ago (almost a decade now!?) my geeky friends and I all jumped on the MP3 player bandwagon and bought the first generation Diamond RIO players. With a whopping 32 Meg of memory!
This began our love affair with the little buggers, especially when at the gym. But something always bothered me about the damn things....the long dangly cord to the headsets. I recently upgraded my Treo 650 to the Centro, but Palm still hasn't bothered to put in an A2DP profile for bluetooth! Curse them! But a 3rd party makes one, and after tinkering around with various stereo bluetooth headsets, I found one that plays flawlessly, is comfortable, and lets me listen to music or watch movies while on the treadmill, lifting, or jogging.
I see other people walking around with dangly wires, and know their pain. Yes, I was once one of them.
I think that only other geeky queers will understand my joy. And the love in my heart for my new favorite toy.
Excelsior!
